Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team. Processing times vary by payment method but xsmn aims to complete withdrawals as quickly as the payment processor permits. xsmn reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds. 7. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability of this kind, so the above may not apply to you in full — in such cases the limitation will apply to the greatest extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
xsmn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the terms of this agreement have been violated. Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending bets or active bonuses will be resolved according to the applicable rules. Remaining balances at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
